Facilities Inventory

Capital Planning maintains the Facilities Inventory System (sometimes referred to as the FDX), a database containing building-level and room-level information for all space occupied by UCI, including campus, medical center and off-site leased space. The database serves as the campus' official record of existing space, and as such, is submitted to the Office of the President every December.

While only designated departmental users may update their space information, anyone with a UCINetID may access the system to view space information, create reports, or print charts.
