About Capital Programs

  Each year in November, a five-year Budget for Capital Improvements for State funding is presented to The Regents for approval. At the same time, the Five-Year Capital Program, Non-State and State Funds report is presented for information only, as a way of informing The Regents and others about campus multi-year plans for capital development. The projects included in the capital programs are based on the campus' needs and priorities within specified limits for State funding and other State and University guidelines.
